Invoice Terms
- - Invoice terms may be Net 15 or Net 30 as agreed in order forms or contracts.
- - Nonpayment may result in organization-level suspension.
SLA-lite
- - Service is provided with best-effort uptime and operational reliability.
- - Scheduled maintenance windows are permitted.
- - Incident response targets may be documented in enterprise contracts.
Admin Responsibilities
- - Organizations must manage roles and invitations correctly.
- - Organizations remain responsible for internal compliance obligations (for example FERPA, GDPR).
- - Organizations must control user lifecycle access, including prompt offboarding.
