Invoice Terms

  • - Invoice terms may be Net 15 or Net 30 as agreed in order forms or contracts.
  • - Nonpayment may result in organization-level suspension.

SLA-lite

  • - Service is provided with best-effort uptime and operational reliability.
  • - Scheduled maintenance windows are permitted.
  • - Incident response targets may be documented in enterprise contracts.

Admin Responsibilities

  • - Organizations must manage roles and invitations correctly.
  • - Organizations remain responsible for internal compliance obligations (for example FERPA, GDPR).
  • - Organizations must control user lifecycle access, including prompt offboarding.
