By creating an account, clicking "I agree", or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance and Mandatory Checkbox Consent
- - Account creation requires checking a box confirming acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
- - If you do not agree to required policies, you must not create an account or use the Service.
2. Eligibility
- - You must be legally able to enter this agreement.
- - If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
3. Account Security
- - You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- - You must maintain login security and secure devices used to access the Service.
- - You must notify us immediately about unauthorized access.
- - We may suspend accounts suspected of compromise or misuse.
4. Multi-Tenant Organizations and RBAC
- - The Service supports universities, schools, enterprises, companies, and individuals.
- - Roles may include ORG_OWNER, ORG_ADMIN, MANAGER, MEMBER, and GUEST.
- - A Billing Owner may be assigned for billing control.
- - Org Owners/Admins are responsible for permissions, access, and internal policy configuration.
- - We are not responsible for permission errors caused by organization-side configuration.
5. Acceptable Use (Strict)
- - You may not break or bypass security controls, scrape data, reverse engineer, or upload malware.
- - You may not harass users, abuse automation, or use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently.
- - Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
6. Meetings, Scheduling, and Approvals
- - Meeting workflows may depend on organization policy (auto-confirm, RSVP, approvals, manager controls).
- - We are not liable for no-shows, missed meetings, participant behavior, or user scheduling mistakes.
7. Third-Party Integrations
- - Connecting third-party services authorizes required access for enabled integrations.
- - We are not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, or integration failures.
8. Payments, Subscription, and Taxes
- - Paid plans may renew automatically unless canceled in time.
- - Taxes may apply depending on jurisdiction and account type.
- - Failed payment may lead to feature downgrade or suspension.
- - Pricing and included features may change effective from the next renewal period.
9. Refunds (Strict)
- - To the maximum extent permitted by law, all payments are non-refundable.
- - This includes unused time, partial periods, and unconsumed credits unless law requires otherwise.
10. Data Ownership and Processing License
- - You retain ownership of your submitted content.
- - You grant us a limited license to process content to operate, secure, and support the Service.
11. Suspension and Termination
- - We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, fraud, abuse, or security risk.
- - We may suspend or terminate access where required by law or legal process.
- - No refunds are provided for suspension or termination caused by violations.
12. Data Retention and Deletion
- - We may retain data for security, compliance, legal defense, and dispute handling.
- - You are responsible for exporting required data before account termination.
13. Intellectual Property
- - We own the Service, software, UI, branding, and related intellectual property.
- - Copying, resale, reverse engineering, or derivative works without permission are prohibited.
14. Disclaimers
- - The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".
- - We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free behavior, or universal compatibility.
15. Limitation of Liability
- - We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- - Maximum liability is limited to the greater of fees paid in the last 30 days or USD 100.
16. Indemnification
- - You agree to defend and indemnify us from claims arising from your misuse, content, or violations.
17. Changes to Terms
- - We may update these Terms at any time.
- - Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
18. Governing Law
- - Governing law: Delaware, United States.
- - Venue: Wilmington, Delaware, unless binding arbitration is required by contract or law.
